This is How You Make Chicken YaYa Gumbo

CJ and I made some Chicken Gumbo YaYa for the Homestead holiday potluck.  I think what we made was the best, it went so quick I didn't even get a chance to taste it.  Maybe next year.  Enjoy...

The crazy part of making this chicken gumbo, was that it took us the entire day to make   It was a Sunday morning/afternoon and we headed down to the Safeway there in Santa Cruz, Seabright area, and got all the things we needed to make the gumbo.  Then of course we had ourselves a few drinks during the gumbo making, I even headed back t Safeway later during the afternoon to get some more things for the gumbo and at last at about ten o'clock it was finished.
