This footage is from the Jadrolina ferry boat that takes you from Dubrovnik to Bari, Italy. On this particular night, the ship had the entire Gumball car race on board, and so Nick(the Australian) from the video had a bit of fun talking trash to some of the "Euro Trash" from the race.
The Gumball car race is about 100 super expensive sports cars that race around, and the drivers are all wealthy young kids from all over the world. The ferry ride was pretty fun, I suggest paying the extra five dollars to get a room so you can sleep on a bed instead of the floor.
